The “BOSANA” boot acts as a shock absorber between hoof and ground and between the limbs themselves.
Improves stability on any type of ground, whether country or urban, increasing the safety of both horse and rider.
IN ADDITION, THE “BOSANA” BOOT:
- Prevents stone bruises, traumas and injuries to the sole, to the frog and to the hoof wall as well as quarter cracks, rings and general flaking of the hoof.
- Protects the wear on the shoeing and the hoof, greatly increasing its durability and protecting the precious work of the Farrier.
- Decreases and almost completely eliminates injury risks in horses who interfere due to gait defects, thus reducing their risk of incurring splints, wind puffs and exostoses.
- Increases security and allows for fast gaits on difficult ground especially on asphalt or cement.
- Increases the stability of animal's being transported in vans and trailers, having to climb ramps. It avoids accidents or damages from kicking to people, vehicles, or other animals. Avoids damages related to pawing.
- Eliminates the need for protective soles of any kind and prevents the disadvantages tied to their use (rotting, lodging of dirt and stones between sole and the protection) while maintaining all of the advantages.
- Eliminates, the need for shoeing with clips, that can sometimes alter the regular growth of the hoof wall; this is because the "BOSANA" boot holds the foot and the shoe correctly.
- Holds hoof medications in place.
- Avoids accumulation of snow under the sole.
